William P. Chessick, Jr. (Bill)

Bill Chessick has been solving specialty waterproofing and restoration issues for over 50 years at Culbertson Restoration. Whether it be performing a site survey or water test from a high reach or swing stage, Bill is always hands-on to diagnose a customer’s problem. He is a Past President and Director of the Sealant, Waterproofing Restoration Institute (SWRI) and has co-authored SWRI’s Sealant Applicator Training Program. Bill always provides clients with the most cost-effective, efficient repair procedure specific to their needs.
Mike Kirchhoff
Superintendent
Mike, a Culbertson Restoration team member for over 10 years, is responsible for project management, manpower, safety and application techiniques, new or old. He ensures each project has the most qualified personnel to complete work safely and efficiently to the highest standard of quality.
Mark Meighan
Sales/Estimating
Mark is reponsible for estimating, project management and marketing. A graduate of Williamson College of the Trades, he has been a Culbertson Restoration team member for five years. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Local International Concrete Repair Institute, Inc.
Becky Sciotti
Comptroller
Becky, a Culbertson Restoration team member for over 20 years, is a graduate of West Chester University and a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. She is the company comptroller and office manager.
